We are an emerging #fashiostyle company looking to offer our customers with a wide variety of jewellery for every occasion and every moment and apparel that could elevate your fashion game.

  • You can buy jewellery listed under our brand section – Manogya;
  • You can buy apparel listed under our namesake brand section – Statement.

You can simply browse through our expansive collection of products, by filtering through product category, product type, colour and price. Add your favourite to the cart and follow the instructions for checkout. Don’t forget to check for special offers and discounts!

Yes, we do but there are some pre-requisites for placing an Exchange/Returns. Read Below –

  • Initiate an Exchange/Returns request within 5 days by dropping us an email on —
    • Please mention your order no. and product details
    • Please share your grievance with regards to the quality of the product along with photos
    • Ensure that the product and warranty tags are intact
  • We can only initiate a return if the product is available in stock. Our inventory status is live on the website for transparency. If the product is unavailable, you can exchange it for any other product of the same value or above – the difference in amount must be paid at Check Out.
  • Please ensure that the product is properly packed before being handed down to our pickup partner to avoid any transit damage that could affect the completion of exchange/returns process

Once received at our warehouse, the product and quality tags will be inspected for any damages and we will ship out the exchange product.

Most products could be exchanged/returned, excluding nose pins, masks, mask chains and other intimate products due to safety and hygiene risks.

We offer 1 (one) exchange per product.

While all our products are manually inspected by our QA team before dispatch, if there is any exchange / refund request –

  • Do not tamper product tags. Once broken/torn, the exchange/return warranty is void
  • Do not damage the product. Please handle the products with utmost care, they are like our babies and we really have a lot of love in our hearts for them and the artisans who make these beauties 😊
  • Initiate exchange/return within 5 days of receiving the products.
  • Products on Special Sale Offer will not be valid for exchange. Kindly check for Exchange availability in product details.

 

 

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 2 days of delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

  • Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
  • You may be required to provide information like short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
  • The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged

We offer online payment through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Online Banking and Digital Wallets.

We also offer COD for an additional sum of INR 100.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000.

Currently, we provide Pan-India deliveries.

We understand that you would like to have your favourite Statement/Manogya products at the earliest, so we work with a wide network of logistics providers to get your products delivered ASAP. While we strive to deliver products within 5 Business Days, festivals, climate events or government declared restrictions and emergencies could affect the delivery time.
